28. Feb. 2022 · The 2 for UPS show no pickup, no transit, nothing, just like I created a label and UPS never picked up ... and I dropped them off personally ... so wtf. I ordered something off the JBL website a couple days ago and today it says shipped and gave me a tracking number. I went on UPS site and it says the tracking number isn't in their system.
16. Mai 2021 · When tracking a package it used to be that you could view the detailed scans (which included the approximate container scans). Now it says On the Way. Clicking on view details doesn't give any useful information... Or does it? This trick works whether you have just a tracking number or click on the tracking logged in through UPS My Choice.
12. Mai 2021 · Just put the [expletive deleted] info on the website. My prediction is that UPS customers will go to 3rd party apps (the ones the track all companies in one place) for their detailed UPS info. 3rd party (or bad actors siphoning info off /or hacking them) could easily REDIRECT all packages all over the world.

19. Mai 2015 · UPS delivery "by end of day" can mean many things.. Apparently for residential delivery, it can be as late as 9 (but there isn't any set time). I waited all day for my watch to arrive, but finally had to leave at 8pm to get dinner. While I was eating, UPS had stopped by my house at 8:07pm!

29. Aug. 2022 · No Tracking update after 7 days. Hello, I dropped off a package at the UPS store one week ago and tracking still has not updated. It shows the last update as "On the Way" and that was from the date/time i dropped the package off. There has been no further update.
16. Okt. 2022 · Ups can't find my package details. On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon. It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th. By the 11th/12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up. My Amazon order page says the package is running late and "should" be here by the 18th.
