If one does not already have Adobe AIR, One can download and install it here. If using Linux or a version of macOS older than 10.6, AIR can be downloaded here.

1. Make sure Adobe AIR is installed. If not, it can be downloaded from here. 2. Download Scratch 2.0 for Windows hereand run the downloaded file. 3. * If an error saying "the application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged" appears, try updating AIR to version 33. 4. Change installation preferences if you wish. In most cases the installation location does not need to be changed. 5. Click install. If you are prompted for an Administrator password enter it.
