13. Dez. 2018 · The Ferrari 456GT Venice is a shooting brake design—though not Ferrari’s first—based on the two-door 456 grand touring car. Sporting a 5.5-liter V-12 from the coupe, the Venice separated itself with the roof extension and rear doors which were penned by Pininfarina.
Ferrari 456 GT Venice: A series of seven 5-door estate (wagon) commissioned by Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei. After Pininfarina designed and built them, the prince purchased six. It is unknown if the seventh car was purchased by a private car collector or if the remaining car was actually used as a development mule for testing.

But in 1992 Ferrari deftly reimagined the template for the 21st Century with the 456 GT.
Sieben 456 GT wurden zu fünftürigen Kombiwagen umgebaut, für den sich die Bezeichnung Venice etabliert hat. Die Autos waren Sonderanfertigungen für den Sultan von Brunei. Die Karosserien hatte Pietro Camardella für Pininfarina entworfen; Konstruktionsarbeiten für die Kombis übernahm der Zulieferer Carrozzeria OPAC . [1]
