The case is 39mm, and doesn’t quite have the classic lines, but it’s close, and it’s comfortable. The bracelet is likewise comfy. I know Steinhart has had a 42mm version of this for a while, but I liked the cleaner white indices, versus the 39mm Gnomon version with the dirty yellow lume, and I like the smaller case size.
The Steinhart OCEAN 1 PREMIUM BLACK CERAMIC is made to the highest of Swiss standard. The case of the Steinhart Ocean 1 is made from 316L stainless steel and has a satin brushed finish on the top of the lugs and polished sides of the case. The case has a 49mm lug-to-lug dimensions making this quite comfortable on most wrist sizes.
6. Feb. 2021 · I found out this was a special edition by a dealor called OLKO and followed her on Instagram. When they said it was available again I pulled the trigger. At this price point one can hardly go wrong. Well the OLKO Vintage GMT arrived yesterday. Got it sized to my 7 inch wrist and have worn it the last 2 days. The size at 39 works well.
