You can access your UCL emails and other Outlook resources (including calendars, address book and to do lists) from any computer that is connected to the internet i.e. you don’t need a UCL laptop or be connected to the UCL network.
Go to http://outlook.com/ucl.ac.uk; Enter your user ID followed by @ucl.ac.uk. E.g. ucaaxxx @ ucl.ac.uk; Click ‘next’. Enter your UCL password and sign in. A browser version of Outlook will load, and you will be able to access your emails and calendar.
