A Centaur Bow was a weapon used by a centaur, a forest-dwelling creature, which they used along with their arrows. Some centaur-constructed bows were known to be made from the wood of an oak tree endemic to the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts.
Centaurs used their bows and arrows in combat, such as during the skirmish in the Forbidden Forest on 17 June 1996 against Dolores Umbridge.
Centaur Bows became Foundables in the Calamity known as "Oddities", in the late 2010s/early 2020s. These Foundables were returned by members of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force to the original place, the Forbidden Forest.
