   9. Jan. 2023 · We're managing fine because our rent, although high when we moved in 5 years ago, is now well under the average for our area. There is no mortgage on the property and I don't expect the rent to increase any time soon, at least not by much.

   27. März 2023 · I think you are just unlucky that you are entering your thirties at a time when rental prices are ridiculously high and saving is near impossible and wages stagnating. I wouldn't feel bad that you only have a one bedroom flat as long as your child has what they need they will be fine.

   13. Apr. 2023 · We rent social housing, a small 2 bed house. We downsized from a large 4 when the DC left, and our rent is £350 a month, and we can stay here forever. We pay full rent, but know that if we are out of work that the rent will be paid. I would not buy if you paid me. Me and DH have a very comfortable lifestyle. Not loaded but comfortable.

   10. Feb. 2023 · I’ve had a tenant in my flat on for a few years. She’s been on a rolling contract since the first six months. She normally pays rent on the 11th of the month for the month ahead. I gave her notice on 22nd January, that I would need the flat back by 16th April.
