17. Juni 2024 · I try to access my hotmail email and it says: Sign-in is blocked. You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password. I reset the password twice, and the account is still blocked.
28. Juni 2024 · I have received an email from Microsoft headed " Update your sign-in technology before September 16 th, 2024 to maintain email access." I have an outlook account, and use a hotmail email address. Currently I receive emails on an iPhone, iPad, iMac and Mac book.
11. Juni 2024 · To help keep Outlook personal email accounts secure, starting September 16, 2024, Microsoft will no longer support Basic Auth, the method in which a person provides only their username and password to sign into their account.
10. Juni 2024 · Option 1: Get a newer Outlook email app which supports Modern Authentication. If your Outlook client does not support Modern Authentication, you will need to upgrade to the latest version and then setup using Outlook.com Sync.
