My aunt has an older account (3+ yrs) which seems to work a *lot* faster with fewer "helpful" AI tricks. When I click "sell" on her account, I'm directed to her "My eBay Selling Overview" page, however on my account (1 yr old) it takes me to a New Listing page instead.

Recently, my email provider decided to make me verify my identity using SMS to a cell number from a foreign country that I lost a decade ago.
