20. Aug. 2023 · Apr 2024 • Family. Our family (2 adults and 2 children (15 & 12) had a fantastic afternoon with Ning & Jokey. The class included pick-up from and return to our hotel, a trip to the market to buy ingredients, the cookery class, eating the meal we cooked, all soft drinks and email copies of the recipes to make at home.
Ning has a great outdoor kitchen set up at her home - very clean and organised. She took us through our three chosen main course meals and dessert course step by step, including cooking over a charcoal fire. The food was delicious - among the best meals we’ve had during our week in Khao Lak.
It's a cooking class. The best Thai in Khao Lak I've ever seen. Ning and Jockey are good teachers. They explain step by step about Thai food. The ingredients are natural, not the ingredients from Lobo ready-made condiments that I have seen.
