Humble Bundle is absolutely legit. They've been around since 2010 and are so trusted by publishers that Nintendo lets them sell keys for first party Switch games and Sony has let them sell bundles of PlayStation games in the past.

I got the bundle but noticed the coupon for ten dates was for 40% off while the Humble store currently selling ten dates for 41% off. Not sure why they would have that sale and this bundle at the same time. . .
This is more like an "Encore" bundle, and will help catch up if you don't have these games, at least most of them. For me, I only missed a few (and those were on Game Pass), and maybe the DLC to upgrade to full editions. I would expect many others being in the same position. So basically 2-3 new-ish games for frequent humble bundle users.
Humble has played a huge role in helping end my game bundle buying addiction. Nowadays I only occasionally unlock monthlies, most of the time I pass on them. Can't even remember the last time I bought a "regular" bundle, they have all been awful aside from the VR bundles which I don't care about since I have no interest in VR.

With that said, Humble Bundle allows you to get in for a dollar, see the "cheapest books" and upgrade later if you want to go up. For this bundle, $1 gets you 5 books, $10 gets you 10 books and $18 gets you all 25. Humble Bundle, for most of their PDF bundles, also allows you to view samples of each book.
