It may take a batch or two to get placement on sheet right, length of baking, and for me, the right pan liner. If your cookies don’t look the way you want, try lining your pan with something different.

If you test-touch the cookies at the center and the indention remains, the cookies aren’t quite done yet; bake just a minute or two longer, then test again. Remove the baked cookies to a cooling rack to cool.

10. Dez. 2019 · Bake the cookies, one sheet at a time, for 9 to 11 minutes, rotating the sheet at the mid-point. The cookies should feel firm, but they should not color much if at all. Remove the pan from the oven and dust the cookies with sugar or cinnamon-sugar, if you'd like.
15. Sept. 2021 · When pressing the dough into individual cookies, you may want to check and make sure that the cookies are still cool to the touch before baking. If they feel warm at all, pop them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to cool back down, then bake.
