20. Juni 2024 · Bagnare con olio ed infornare nel forno elettrico alla massima temperatura (280°) per circa 12-13 minuti. A cottura ultimata, cospargere con abbondante ricotta salata grattugiata. Servire la pizza norma ben calda. Mettere la pizza vicino al fondo del forno, dal momento che deve cuocere più sotto che sopra.
