The website’s content is managed and published by national ENFAST teams in EU Member States, whose administrators upload their countries’ most wanted fugitives, and will directly receive any leads about them. Fugitives searched by ENFAST (supported by Europol)
INTERPOL is an intergovernmental body that enables police cooperation among 196 member countries. It issues Red Notices for wanted persons and Yellow Notices for missing persons, but does not force extradition or send agents on undercover missions.

Information related to the crime they are wanted for, which can typically be murder, rape, child abuse or armed robbery. Red Notices are published by INTERPOL at the request of a member country, and must comply with INTERPOL’s Constitution and Rules.
