  1. 18. Mai 2022 · Since you’re having what you presume is a conflict between the base game and payware, your best option is to contact the Payware author/maker and let them know what you’re seeing. Maybe they can issue a fix. Most payware airports operate atop the base game’s object - overriding it.

  2. 4. Nov. 2020 · If the airport you are making already exists in the simulator, you may wish to overwrite it. By doing this, it will act as if the default airport never existed, and will be replaced by your customized scenery. Select the airport, and open the properties page. Under the “To Delete” tab, tick all of the boxes. Save the scenery.

In order to be able to replace an airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator, it is necessary to exclude the 3D models and other things that are already present inside the simulation for the airport, including TIN and vegetation.   4. 4. Dez. 2020 · You can delete all airports. That are handcrafted, and have an entry in the Content Manager. If it is not handcrafted, and does not have an entry in the Content Manager, it is part of the base files and can not be deleted.

  5. 23. Dez. 2021 · Hi, it's not the best way to do this but if you like to solve your problem just on your maschine, you could use ADE to load the 4 airports from the bgl file you have. Then change the deletion section to delete alle the stock parts and create your own version and substitute it in your community folder.

  6. 7. Sept. 2020 · unfortunately there is no way to delete or even re-name (change the ICAO). in order to hide an existing airport you need to create the new airport with the same ICAO as the one in the system otherwise your new one (even if it’s a blank) will not show.
